Janet Jackson has again opened up about her weight struggles.

The 45-year-old pop singer recently became the official spokesperson for diet company Nutrisystem, which she admitted helped her lose 10lbs in the last month.

"[My weight] is something I've dealt with all my life, and it's been an issue for me," Jackson told Us Weekly. "People can relate to me because I have lived it.

"I truly understand what it's like to have a problem with weight loss, losing too much weight or gaining more than you desire to and becoming unhealthy."

She added: "I still have a way to go, and there's not a lot that I want to lose. But I'll know it when I reach it."

Jackson previously revealed that her brother, the late Michael Jackson, used to make fun of her "big" butt.

"He talked about my butt being too big," she shared. "Some of us have a big butt, and some of us don't. I've learned to accept it and love it."
