The Grammy-nominated band's frontman Justin Vernon will be featured on the forthcoming exercise video, titled On the Road, the Wisconsin Leader-Telegram reports.
Vernon agreed to appear on the DVD after personal trainer Jeff Rogers helped the singer to deal with his sciatica - pain, weakness or numbness in the leg caused by injury to the sciatic nerve.
"To put it simply, without Jeff I could not have reconnected my body to my mind," Vernon said. "Some things in life are meant to be explored and discovered, but in the case of my body, I needed a teacher, a mentor. That's what Jeff does. He helps you understand your body."
Rogers describes the workout as "upbeat", adding that he hopes to make people feel better.
"It's a pretty upbeat, energetic workout," said Rogers. "My goal is to have people feel better."
In June, Adele revealed that her favourite album so far this year was Bon Iver's self-titled second full-length release.
Vernon announced earlier this year that he was approached by Neil Young about a possible collaboration.
