The duo were forced to cancel their concert in Honduras last night after the arena in which they were performing filled with smoke, TMZ reports.
No-one was injured in the fire, though 15 people were treated for smoke inhalation. Local officials suspect a "criminal hand" was involved in the fire.
After the concert, LMFAO member RedFoo tweeted about the incident.
"Epic concert tonight!!!! Everybody in Honduras, we set the place on fire!!!!" he wrote.
He added on a more serious note: "They told us that there was a fire when we were on stage. Then we went to the dressing rooms and there was smoke in the halls."
LMFAO will be among the headliners for a series of concerts ahead of the Super Bowl in February 2012.
Earlier this month, the duo returned to the top of the ARIA singles chart with 'Sexy And I Know It'.
