The London band play Westonbirt Arboretum near Tetbury in Gloucestershire as part of Forestry Commission Live Music 2012. Special guests are yet to be announced.
Frontman Suggs said: "Since we played last in Westonbirt something strange has been happening down in the West Country.
"The crowds have been going crazy, we can't wait to get back there for even more nutty times."
Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 13, and are priced at £36.50 plus booking fee. They are available online via the Forestry Commission Live Music website.
Madness are currently recording their tenth studio album, the follow-up to 2009's The Liberty of Norton Folgate.
