David Cameron has branded music by Katy Perry and Bruno Mars as "appalling".
The British Prime Minister claimed that he is a keen fan of pop music and cited Lana Del Rey and Band of Horses as his current favourite artists.

However, Cameron is quoted by The Telegraph as confessing that his children have "appalling" taste in music, as they are fans of Perry and Mars. He went on to add that their albums are "beginning to infect [his] iPod".
The world leader has previously apologised to Morrissey for being a fan of The Smiths and making a reference to their single 'Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now' in a BBC montage for The One Show.
Meanwhile, Cameron also revealed his like of mobile computer games, and said that he has "finished" Angry Birds and occasionally plays Fruit Ninja on his iPad.
He added: "It's quite good, to get your frustration out. If you can't have a reshuffle, play Fruit Ninja."
