The rapper said that the rumour spread like "wildfire" after tweeting that he spotted Keisha Buchanan in the same recording studio earlier this month.
Watch Professor Green discuss the Sugababes below:
Green told Digital Spy: "No no no no, I was working with a producer [called] Mojo upstairs and Naughty Boys was downstairs working on something with Keisha.
"I was in the same complex and Keisha tweeted that I was there and she was with two girls, and it just spread like wildfire."
The star, who is up for 'Best Male' at this year's Brit Awards, also revealed that his plan for 2012 was to "travel with the music," adding: "It's starting to to get everywhere now.
"I'm out in Australia with Jessie J in a couple of months, doing loads of Europe... and just trying to recreate what I've done here everywhere else."
