The Cure announce three festival performances for 2012

The band will perform at Sweden's Hultsfred festival later this year alongside The Stone Roses, who were previously confirmed for the Scandinavian music event.
They will then play two shows in Germany, including the Southside and Hurricane music festivals.
The Cure are expected to announce more European dates in the upcoming weeks, but it is not yet known if they will perform at any UK-based festivals.
The Robert Smith-fronted act headlined Bestival on the Isle of Wight last September, playing a two-and-a-half-hour set showcasing some of their biggest hits.
The Cure released a live CD and digital download of the Bestival set, with the album's profits donated to the Isle of Wight Youth Trust.
