'Black, White & Blue' serves as the lead single from her new album Anxiety. It will be released on February 19.
The track was written and produced by the singer, whose real name is Pip Brown, alongside long-time collaborator Pascal Gabriel.
In addition to performing vocal duties on the song, Brown also played lead guitar, bass and drums. Remixes of the number by Nile Delta, Jump Up and The Big Pink will also be available to download on iTunes.
Fans will be able to hear the single first on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show 'Hottest Track in the World' on January 23.
Brown's forthcoming record Anxiety is out on March 19. The LP follows her 2008 self-titled debut, which peaked at number 16 on the chart and sold over 200,000 copies.
Ladyhawke recently showcased her new record at an intimate gig at London's 100 Club.
