Paul McCartney to perform at Grammy Awards 2012

Paul McCartney will perform at this year's Grammy Awards ceremony, it has been confirmed.
The former Beatles star and Grammy nominee will play a set at the 54th annual event, which will take place in Los Angeles on February 12.

McCartney is nominated for 'Best Historical Album' for his collection Band On The Run. If he walks away with the award, it will be his 15th Grammy win in his career.
The ceremony will be hosted by LL Cool J and will also feature performances from Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters, Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift.
Coldplay and Rihanna will collaborate at the event and perform their new track 'Princess of China' live for the first time.
McCartney recently confirmed that he will release his new album Kisses on the Bottom on February 6.
