Lana Del Rey has said that fans should not hold her live performances to such a high standard.
The 'Video Games' star made her US television debut last weekend (January 14) as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, an episode hosted by The Woman in Black star Daniel Radcliffe.

Talking to MTV News, Del Rey revealed that she considers herself to be more of a songwriter than a performer and cannot always predict the level of anxiety she will experience before going on stage.
"You can't expect too much from my show. Sometimes I feel less nervous than other times," she explained.
"I don't love live television. The only tip I have is just pray and just hope that things work out."
Del Rey's performance on Saturday Night Live drew criticism from various Twitter users as well as Juliette Lewis, who likened her to a 12-year-old singing in her bedroom.
Lewis later retracted her comments, describing Del Rey as a "fresh songwriter" and admitting that her songs are extremely catchy.
Del Rey has said that performing on television is weird and revealed that music is not her main focus in life.
