Strokes' guitarist to release solo single

The Strokes' guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. will release his debut solo single on September 4.
'Everyone Gets A Star', which will be only be available via download through iTunes, is taken from the guitarist's album Yours To Keep.
The album features guest appearances from The Strokes' frontman Julian Casablancas, Ben Kweller and Sean Lennon amongst others. It will be released on October 9.
