The track, called 'You Don't Know (For F**k's sake)' was put out online after the singer asked fans to get the title of his forthcoming EP Slumdon Bridge trending on Twitter.
He said: "I might as well reveal who I did #slumdonbridge EP with now. 4 tracks, out in a month, and the artist I made it with was...Yelawolf (sic)."
Sheeran, who is up for four prizes at this year's Brit Awards, also revealed that the EP will be out "in a month" and features a total of four tracks, all of which are collaborations.
The star recently announced that he has recorded a track with Example. The pair are currently shooting a music video for the song.
