One Direction train for the Brit Awards in new video

The boyband have been nominated for 'Best British Single' at the ceremony, for their debut hit 'What Makes You Beautiful'.
In a bid to win votes from fans, the group have uploaded a video of themselves working out in preparation for the Brit Awards on February 21.
The clip sees Louis Tomlinson boxing, Zayn Malik weight lifting, Niall Horan skipping, Harry Styles dreaming of winning an arm wrestling competition and Liam Payne lifting a chair with Styles sat on it.
The video ends with the statement: "One Direction are training hard. Help them lift their first ever Brit Award."
One Direction recently premiered the video for their new single 'One Thing', which is the third to be lifted from their debut album Up All Night.
