The 'Never Say Never' singer, legendary R&B star Smokey Robinson and Jackson's three children Paris, Prince and Blanket will appear at the 'Michael Forever' event. Glee's Harry Shum and Amber Riley will also be on hand.
Jackson's kids will wear a pair of the 'Thriller' musician's famous sequinned gloves and lay their hands in cement outside the famous theatre.
A choir of schoolchildren will be in attendance as well to sing several of Jackson's most well-known hits.
'Michael Forever' will stream live on Jackson's official Twitter page.
Bieber tweeted about his excitement to attend the celebration earlier this week, when he wrote: "Honouring the greatest @michaeljackson this week. He set the bar for all of us. #MJFOREVER."
Jackson's life is being celebrated this week ahead of the launch of Cirque du Soleil's 'Immortal World Tour', which kicks off at the Staples Centre on Friday (January 27).
