The country singer, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2011, will be joined by The Band Perry and Blake Shelton for a special performance at the February awards show.
Shelton is nominated for two awards, while The Band Perry received a nod for 'Best New Artist'.
Campbell is currently on the road for his farewell tour, saying goodbye to his fans in the wake of his diagnosis with Alzheimer's.
The singer will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's Grammys. Other recipients include Diana Ross, the Memphis Horns and Gil Scott-Heron.
Earlier this month, Paul McCartney signed on to play a set at the 54th annual event.
