The 'My Heart Will Go On' singer said that she is happy to see Madonna take the stage at the American football event, adding that she is too busy to join the the 53-year-old.
"I'm not going to be performing at the Super Bowl because I'm pretty booked, I'm in Las Vegas right now at Caesars Palace doing a lot of shows so I won't be at the Super Bowl," Dion told The Trend.
Dion went on to insist that Madonna will do a fabulous job at the sporting event's halftime show.
"But I love Madonna and know her well," she said. "I know she'll do just fine, she doesn't need any luck. She's going to do her thing, she's going to do what she does best, she's going to give us something for us to remember. She's going to be great, just fine."
In September, Dion experienced a break-in in which a home intruder ran a bath and ate a snack.
