The clip, which features Bruno Mars, sees the rapper alone in an art studio painting an image of himself hanging on a cross with a microphone in his hand.
The track marks the fifth cut from his latest studio album Tha Carter IV, which has sold two million copies in the US to date and entered the UK charts at number eight last year.
It was recently reported that Wayne will release a memoir of his time spent in prison in a book called Gone Till November. The star served an eight-month sentence in 2010 for gun possession.
The 'Lollipop' performer also announced last year that he plans to launch a skateboarding clothing line in 2012.
