The singer-songwriter hinted that the collaboration could happen by the end of this year and that initial meetings about the song have already taken place at his studio.
Labrinth told Capital FM: "They actually did come down and we talked about doing that, so it might just end up happening this year.
"You never know, they might just call me and be like, 'Lab, you need to help us create this baby'."

The pair previously met up last year, but their busy schedules halted plans to actually record a track.
Tempah explained at the time: "I want to work with Adele this year. We started to talk about it, but because of how crazy things went for her we never really got round to completing that conversation."
Meanwhile, Labrinth recently confirmed that his new single 'Last Time' will be released in the UK on March 11, while his debut album Electronic Earth will follow on March 19.
