Madonna wears a black skimpy outfit throughout and is flanked by a team of American footballers in a red kit. MIA and Minaj also trail the star in cheerleader outfits.
Other moments in the visual include Madonna breastfeeding a baby, walking sideways on a building wall and falling from an apartment window.
The single is the first track to be taken from Madonna's forthcoming 12th studio album MDNA and features Minaj and MIA, with Madonna telling talkshow host Anderson Cooper that she chose both singers out of respect for "their independence [and] their spirit... they're cheeky, unique and they have individual voices.
"They're not conventional popstars and I really admire them both... I love both of them actually."
'Give Me All Your Luvin'' is released today (February 3), while MDNA will be available to buy from March 26.
