Eminem is reportedly facing a multi-million dollar lawsuit from a homeless man over a television commercial.

The 'Not Afraid' rapper is said to have been sued for $9 million (£5.7 million) over last year's Super Bowl advertisement for Chrysler entitled 'Born of Fire', reports Allhiphop.com.
Stephen Lee Pieck - who lists his address as 'homeless' - filed the lawsuit at the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York earlier this month.
Pieck alleges that he was having dinner with Christina Aguilera and her then husband Jordan Bratman in New York in September 2010, when the singer passed her phone to him to pass on a commercial idea to Eminem.
He explains in the suit: "I want the court to reward me a judgment in the amount of $9 million. I designed every aspect of the commercial and the commercial was stolen from me. In addition, I did not receive compensation in monetary terms for the work I did."
Eminem recently revealed that he felt like an "underdog" with the release of his 2010 album Recovery.
