Asked if she would do something outrageous at the event, Jessie J told the Daily Star: "What would you like to see me do? Dare me to do something.
"Snog Ed Sheeran live on stage? If Rihanna is going to be there I'd rather snog her. Then I'll snog Ed Sheeran and then I'll get attacked by security and thrown out of the Brits."
She added: "Poor Ed, he'll be like, 'Jessie has changed'."
The star also expressed her excitement over performing at Radio 1's Hackney Weekend music event later this year.
She explained: "It's so exciting. Radio 1's Big Weekend last year was my first-ever festival. I remember walking on stage and worrying, 'Are they going to throw things at me?' But I loved it.
"Now for it to be in Hackney, next to the farm where I used to go as a kid, along with so many artists I respect means I'm so excited."
Jessie J is up for three gongs at this month's Brit Awards including 'British Female Solo Act', 'British Breakthrough' and 'British Single'.
