Liam Gallagher has admitted that he would rather be in Oasis than his current band.
The singer formed Beady Eye in 2009, following the split of Oasis after an argument between himself and his brother Noel Gallagher.

However, Liam has now confessed that he would rather be the frontman of Oasis as "that was [his] thing".
He told Live magazine: "It takes more than blood to be my brother. I've still got the right hump and now the gloves are off. We're still not talking.
"If people think I'm going to be happy about the Oasis split, then they're wrong. Even though I love Beady Eye, I'd prefer to still be in Oasis, because that was my thing. Oasis was my life."
Liam previously offered to reform Oasis in 2015 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the band's iconic album (What's The Story) Morning Glory?
However, Noel Gallagher rejected the offer by stating: "I left that band for a reason and that reason still stands."
