Piers Morgan has slammed Madonna's performance at Sunday's Super Bowl.
The CNN host discussed Madonna's Super Bowl half-time show during an interview on Chelsea Lately, where he admitted he was baffled by the positive reviews that the 'Give Me All Your Luvin'' singer has received.

"That Super Bowl performance - it was like watching your mad drunken aunt at Christmas, wasn't it?" Morgan quipped. "I keep reading all these celebrities tweeting like, 'Wasn't she awesome?' No she wasn't! She was gruesome!"
Morgan also admitted to Chelsea Handler that he does not "like [Madonna], and she doesn't like me".
"At least I've found that I have one common ground with Madonna: neither of us have sung live at the Super Bowl," he quipped. "She was lip syncing the whole damn thing. I was singing along with her and trust me, she wasn't singing."
Madonna's Super Bowl performance has been praised by How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris among others.
Harris tweeted on Sunday night: "I really dug the halftime show. Not sure how it looked on TV, but all the production and projections combined with Madonna rocking? Loved [it]."
The Parents Television Council has condemned Madonna's NFL spectacle because guest performer MIA raised her middle finger while singing 'Give Me All Your Luvin''.
NBC has apologised for airing the inappropriate gesture and Madonna is alleged to be furious with MIA.
> Kelly Clarkson: 'Super Bowl performance was a huge honour'
> Gisele Bundchen on Super Bowl loss: 'Receivers dropped the ball'
