Plan B announces new album 'iLL Manors'

Plan B has announced the title and release date of his new album.
iLL Manors marks the singer and rapper's third studio album. It will be released through Atlantic Records on May 7.
Plan B - whose real name is Ben Drew - said: "You could call iLL Manors bass-line, soul, hip-hop.
"The album has the lyrical depth of my first record but the musical composition is light years ahead as it's informed by everything I've learnt in the last five years - writing, producing and playing with a live band. I feel I'm better than I've ever been."
The record will be preceded by the release of the accompanying full-length motion picture, also called iLL Manors. The film, which is written and directed by Drew, is out on May 4.
Plan B recently announced a string of forest gigs this summer, kicking off in Suffolk on June 15.
Last year, he admitted that he was forced to delay the release of his album The Ballad of Bellmarsh to finish iLL Manors.
