The Damon Albarn-fronted band have teamed up with Outkast's Andre 3000 and former LCD Soundsystem singer James Murphy for 'DoYaThing'.
The new cut was recorded for Converse's 'Three Artists. One Song' campaign, which sees a trio of talents come together for a track.
'DoYaThing' will be available for fans to download for free via Converse's website on February 23.
Albarn has also produced an explicit 12-minute version of the song, which will be released at a later date, reports The Sun.
Meanwhile, Gorillaz' Jamie Hewlett is currently finishing a video for the track, which will include two new characters in the form of a martial arts baboon and a masked topless man.
Hewlett has also designed a Gorillaz-inspired shoe range for Converse, which will be unveiled later this month.
