Adele has performed 'Rolling in the Deep' at the 54th Grammy Awards.
The 23-year-old took the stage in a simple black dress and was accompanied by four backing singers in one of her first performances since surgery on her vocal chords late last year.
She received a standing ovation on completing her performance.
Adele, who won all six awards that she was nominated for at Sunday's ceremony, underwent microsurgery in November to treat bleeding resulting from a benign polyp.
She thanked her doctors early on in the awards show after winning the accolade for 'Best Pop Solo Performance' for the song 'Someone Like You'.
Adele also paid tribute to Paul Epworth as the pair accepted the 'Song of the Year' award for 'Rolling in the Deep'.
Introducing the producer, she said: "This is Paul Epworth. He's the best producer in the world and he brought me out of my skin to write this record."
Epworth said that he was "gifted" with Adele's voice on 'Rolling in the Deep', adding: "I couldn't have done it without you."
Adele performed for the first time since her throat surgery in a recent interview with 60 Minutes.
