Whitney Houston receives synchronised Dubai Fountain tribute - video
The Dubai Fountain specially redesigned its light show to mark the passing of Houston over the weekend by creating a near-five-minute tribute set to the singer's iconic hit 'I Will Always Love You'.
The synchronised light shows have previously been based around Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli's song 'The Prayer' and the late Michael Jackson's 'Thriller'.
Dubai's Houston-themed spectacular is just one of many tributes to the late popstar, who was found dead in Beverly Hills on Saturday (February 13).
LL Cool J opened Sunday's Grammy Awards with a prayer in remembrance of Houston.
He spoke as many in the audience bowed their head in reverence, saying: "Heavenly father, we thank you for sharing our sister with us. Although she is gone too soon, we remain truly blessed to have been touched by her beautiful spirit."
Jennifer Hudson took to the Grammys stage to deliver a tearful performance of 'I Will Always Love You', changing the final line of the song to: "Whitney, we will always love you."
Katy Perry, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Simon Cowell and Jennifer Lopez were also among the many celebrities to post remembrances of Houston on social media sites in the hours following her death.
