Earlier this week, the 'Broken Strings' singer's representatives confirmed on his Twitter page that he was "unwell" and would be postponing gigs in Southend and Bristol.
Morrison has now had to cancel his next gig in Glasgow on Wednesday, February 15. His next gig in Leeds on Friday (February 17) is still scheduled to take place.
"We're sorry to report that tomorrow's Glasgow show has been postponed, on doctor's orders," his representative announced. "We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
They added: "We hope to announce replacement dates for the Glasgow, Bristol and Southend shows asap."
Morrison's UK and Ireland tour will come to a close at Newcastle's O2 Academy on February 19.
His latest album The Awakening reached number one in the UK album chart in October.
