The duo will release their first studio LP Instinct in the UK on May 14, which will include their singles 'The Fox' and 'DJ, Ease My Mind'.
The album's release will come halfway through their upcoming headline tour of the UK, which will start at Sheffield's Bungalow and Bears on April 27 and finish at London's 02 Academy in Brixton on May 31.
Niki & The Dove finished fifth on the BBC's Sound of 2012 poll earlier this year after supporting Hurts on their European tour throughout 2011.
The Swedish two-piece - consisting of Malin Dahlström and Gustaf Karlöf - will also play the main stage at this year's Lovebox festival in London's Victoria Park on June 17.
Niki & The Dove's single 'DJ, Ease My Mind' will be officially released on February 26.
