Selena Gomez has released a new video for her remix of 'Hit the Lights'.

The song has a new, synthesized sound to match the video, which has pop art-inspired effects.

Gomez's original version of 'Hit the Lights' was featured on her 2011 album When the Sun Goes Down.

The Disney star recently decided to take time off from music and her band The Scene to focus on an acting career.

She will be starring opposite Eli Roth in the upcoming earthquake thriller Aftershock.

In the recently-announced Nickelodeon Kids' Choice award nominations, Gomez received a nod for 'Best TV Actress' while boyfriend Justin Bieber earned a nomination for 'Favourite Male Singer'.
