The singer said that her live performance of 'Someone Like You' at last year's ceremony was significant in the success of her album 21.
"I have a soft spot for the Brits," she said. "But this year feels really special since last year it kickstarted my album into what it's become. What a beautiful way to celebrate."
Fellow nominee Ed Sheeran recently predicted that Adele will claim more silverware at the event, despite the fact that he received more nominations.
The 23-year-old will perform live in the UK for the first time since scrapping her tour to undergo throat surgery.
The Brit Awards 2012 will take place at London's O2 Arena tomorrow (February 21). The show will be broadcast live from 8pm on ITV1.
