The rapper told BBC Newsbeat at last night's Brit Awards that the follow-up to 2010's number one album Disc-Overy will be called Demonstration.
"I'd give it about another month and everything should start seeping out," Tempah said. "It's sounding pretty amazing."
He added that the record was "nearly done and "sounds incredible so far".
Of the inspiration for Demonstration, Tempah said: "We all know that a lot has been going on around the world recently with protests.
"The people are starting to stand up for what they believe in."
He continued: "Demonstration covers a lot of the things that have been going on around the world, especially in London recently.
"I want to be in correlation with such an incredible time in the world's history."
Producer Labrinth recently confirmed that Tempah and Adele have discussed the possibility of a duet.
