The record includes his debut single - a cover of White Stripes' 'Seven Nation Army' - as well as eight original compositions including 'Love & Hate' and 'Innocence'.

The LP also includes a rendition of 'Higher and Higher', which he performed during The X Factor, and a re-working of Janelle Monae's 'Tightrope'.

The star recently revealed that he often receives racist and homophobic phone calls, adding: "I've been advised to change my number but I don't see why I should. If I do it's like they've won."

Last week, Collins released a preview of the B-side to his debut track called 'Break These Chains'. The song will be available to download with the single on March 4.

The tracklist for Marcus Collins is as follows:

1. Seven Nation Army
2. Love & Hate
3. Innocence
4. Don't Surrender
5. Mercy, Mercy
6. '(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher and Higher'
7. 'That's Just Life'
