Cardle released the track as part of an EP - which also includes a studio version of 'The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' - earlier this week.

The star performed a stripped down version of 'Amazing' for MUZU, along with an acoustic rendition of his X Factor winner's single 'When We Collide', which claimed the Christmas number one spot back in 2010.

Cardle recently told Digital Spy that he would "like to grab the reins a little bit more" for his second album and that he wants to "strip it back a little bit".

He will begin his UK headline tour next week in support of Letters. The string of gigs will start at York's Barbican on March 1 and finish on March 29 at London's Hammersmith Apollo.
