Atomic Kitten have denied rumours that they will reform to compete in this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

Liz McClarnon, Natasha Hamilton and Jenny Frost have all claimed on Twitter that they will not be representing the UK at this year's event, which takes place in Azerbaijan on May 26.

Frost told her followers: "Happy Sunday guys-Woke up to hear that apparently AK are doing Eurovision-first I've heard!!", while Hamilton joked: " thought maybe my memo got lost in the post!! Haha, always good to know peeps thinking of u."

McClarnon added on her own profile: "Loving the rumours & thank you for all the well wishes but we know nothing about #eurovision."

Somewhat surprisingly, she also linked her tweet to Kerry Katona, who left Atomic Kitten in 2001.

The 'Whole Again' group were rumoured to be reforming as part of a new documentary series earlier this month.
