The 'Walk' band were to perform in Padang on Friday, March 2, but doctors have apparently advised Dave Grohl to scrap the show so he can recover for a vocal chord ailment.
Foo Fighters said in a statement: "We deeply regret having to cancel. It wasn't an easy decision and after carefully considering medical advice, we felt we had no choice.
"Dave's been told by more than one doctor that he has to take it easy on his voice. We hate to disappoint our fans in Singapore and hope you'll all understand and that we'll see you all in the not-too-distant future."
Refunds will be made available for those with tickets to the Singapore show.
Foo Fighters are expected to return to the road for gigs in Tokyo on Wednesday, March 7 and Sendai on Thursday, March 8.
Grohl recently announced that Foo Fighters would like to record their next studio album in space.
