The groups are joined on the bill for the August 10-12 event at Cornbury Estate in the Cotswolds by Field Music, Stornoway, Lianne La Havas, London Folk Guild and more.
Festival organiser Tim Harvey said: "Last year was the first ever Wilderness festival and we were thrilled to see that 10,000 others shared our passion for a new festival concept.
"This year, the festival is back and we're planning even more adventure as we celebrate the arts and outdoors in the beautiful Cornbury Park."
He added: "For us, it's important for friends and family to come along and use the weekend as a place to indulge the senses, relax, eat well, escape, learn and enjoy activities that aren't so easily accessible in our day to day lives.
"We'll be adding foraging in the woods, horse riding, food workshops, a bandstand, a new twist on wine tasting and plenty of other new entertainment."
Last year's Wilderness Festival was headlined by singer-songwriter Laura Marling, Gogol Bordello and Antony and the Johnsons.
Weekend tickets are priced at £119. Those aged 11-17 can buy tickets for £54. Family tickets are priced at £287 and a deposit scheme is available.
