The singer recently announced that 'Losing Myself' will be the third single to be lifted from his chart-topping album Echoes.
The accompanying music video sees Young trailed by doppelgangers, who mimic his every move and represent his inner demons following him.
Young joked that he picked up the routine's complex choreography in "about an hour", before adding: "And then it went on for another three days!"
'Losing Myself' was co-written by Young along with Pascal Gabriel and was produced by Richard X.
It will be officially released in the UK on March 19.
