Katie Price has revealed details about her upcoming debut solo album.

Last week, the former glamour model confirmed that she is working on her solo LP with songwriter Dane Bowers and producer David Anthony.

Price told The Mirror that her album will feature "all new material" and no covers, admitting she learned her lesson after doing a duet with ex-husband Peter Andre on the Disney song 'A Whole New World'.

"I think people will be very surprised with what Dane has been doing with me in the studio," she shared.

"I'm like a frustrated wannabe popstar. I do it for the fun. I can't tell you when the first single is coming out yet but I will say 'watch this space'."

Price, who was seen leaving the recording studio with her ex-boyfriend Bowers and Argentinian model Leandro Penna, also said that she is trying to get Penna to do backing vocals or an Argentinian rap on her album.

In addition to her duet album with Andre, Price released the standalone single 'Free To Love Again' in 2010.
