Kylie Minogue "sorry" after 'Anti Tour' sells out in 15 minutes

By
Kylie Minogue has apologised to her fans who missed out on buying tickets to her 'Anti Tour'.

The Australian singer, who will perform two shows in Sydney and Melbourne later this month to mark 25 years in the music industry, said that she felt bad after tickets sold out less than 15 minutes after going on sale.

A statement on the singer's website read: "We are sorry to those fans who missed out on tickets and are very grateful for your patience and support."

The website later posted another statement saying that Minogue has decided to add two more shows, performing twice on the same night in each city. These tickets are scheduled to go on sale this Friday.

It was revealed earlier this week that passes to the 'Anti Tour' shows would come in the form of personalised wristbands and that each purchaser would be restricted to two tickets in a bid to prevent ticket scalpers from purchasing in bulk and reselling for a profit.

Minogue has previously revealed that the 'Anti Tour' has been a long-time dream of hers, as she wants to reconnect with her Australian fans in an intimate setting rather than her usual arena spectaculars.

The 'Anti Tour' will feature Minogue's B-side tracks and demos as well as some of her more popular hits.
