Blake Shelton, Lady Antebellum to perform at 2012 ACM Awards

Blake Shelton and Lady Antebellum are to perform at the 2012 Academy of Country Music Awards.

'Vocal Group Of The Year' nominees The Band Perry, Rascal Flatts and Chris Young will also take to the ACMs stage in Las Vegas on April 1.

Grammy winners Lady Antebellum arrive at the ceremony.

Kelly Clarkson, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Tim McGraw and Shelton's wife Miranda Lambert are among the previously announced performers.

Chesney leads this year's nominees with nine nods in total, with Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean and Lady Antebellum also receiving recognition in multiple categories.

The Voice coach Shelton will not only sing at the ACM Awards, but he will also host the ceremony alongside Reba McEntire for the second year in a row.

The 47th annual Academy of Country Music Awards from Las Vegas airs on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 8/7c on CBS.
