The singer admitted that he would like his next set of shows to be in the style of the 1994 American comedy.
In an interview with Barclaycard Mercury Prize sessions, he said: "I want to do a tour where I run all the distances between the venues.
"I want to be like Forest Gump. I want even the roadies to have drum kits on their back, running from venue to venue!"
Charles also admitted that he is currently "paying attention to Vampire Weekend, Mumford & Sons, Noah and the Whale, Kanye West, Rihanna, Lady GaGa..."
The singer, who was nominated for this year's MTV Brand New For 2012 list, is gearing up to release his new album LoveBlood on May 7.
