'30 Days' was written and produced by Steve Mac, who has previously collaborated with the group on their hits 'Higher', 'Ego' and 'Notorious'.
Explaining the meaning behind the single, Frankie Sandford said: "'30 Days' is about being apart from the person you love and counting down the minutes until you're back together.
"The song really struck a chord with us – it's a situation all of us can relate to, and we think a lot of fans will relate to it as well."
The official video for '30 Days' - shot at Starvin Marvin's diner in West London - will follow in the near future. The artwork for the single release was unveiled yesterday (March 29).
'30 Days' is the group's 13th single and is the follow-up to last year's 'My Heart Takes Over'.
The track will be released on May 14, and is available to pre-order from iTunes now.
The Saturdays recently described the single as "crazy" and "very pop".
