The band travelled to Manchester as part of their current headline tour across the UK in support of their third studio album Sinners Never Sleep.
The latest clip sees band member Matt Barnes opening some fanmail to discover an interesting illustration of frontman Josh Franceschi.
Pointing to the object that is by Franceschi's mouth in the drawing, Barnes joked: "I know this is supposed to look like a microphone, but to me it looks like a penis.
"Dan here - these cheeks, I don't know what they're supposed to look like, but they look a bit fat."
He went on to add that the drawing of himself and Max Heyler looked nothing like them, but the doodle of Chris Miller was "spot-on".
You Me At Six will play two shows at Birmingham's Ballroom this weekend (March 31 and April 1) before moving on to London's Brixton Academy next week.
