The 'Disco 2000' singer made the suggestive remark to fans at London's Royal Albert Hall on Saturday as the Britpop band performed in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust.
''I'd like to hire you all for our next tour because I like what you did with the lights," Cocker is quoted by Gigwise as saying.
"I'd take you all on, there'll be application forms on the way out," he then joked.
Announcing their reformation in 2010, Pulp played shows at Glastonbury and Reading last summer.
The Teenage Cancer Trust shows have featured Jessie J and Example, while Florence + the Machine closes the charity concert tonight.
