The guitarist revealed that the band plan to go into the studio in May to "throw some new ideas around" ahead of their 50th anniversary celebrations.

Wood said the group want "to get the feel again" and likened the preparation for the Rolling Stones' upcoming anniversary to "training".
"It's like working out for the Olympics or something," Wood is quoted by The Mirror as saying. "You've got to go into training. So we're going to go into training."
Asked what fans can expect, he explained: "Lots of surprises because I'm going to surprise myself. I don't know what the hell is coming next.
"The whole setlist is going to be made up. I'm making it up every day now."
