A spokesperson for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has told The AP that Axl Rose and Slash will likely attend the ceremony, but added that a performance is unlikely.

Slash recently expressed skepticism as to whether Guns N' Roses will ever reunite because of his long-running estrangement from Rose.

"He hates my guts," Slash recently claimed of Rose. "It's over a lot of different stuff; I don't even know. There's just no communication between us."

Guns N' Roses join Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Beastie Boys, Laura Nyro and The Small Faces/The Faces as this year's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.

The induction ceremony will be held at Cleveland's Public Hall.
