The band play the O2 Brixton Academy on Monday, July 9.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 13 at 9am and are priced at £29.50.
Incubus had been booked to play this year's Sonisphere festival, which would have taken place the preceding weekend, but the event was cancelled last month.
The band have released seven studio albums, the most recent of which being last year's If Not Now, When?.
Last year, a concert by Incubus in the Philippines reportedly attracted calls for a boycott from religious protestors.
