The London duo will play the Eden Project venue in Cornwall on July 4, with Labrinth as their support act. They previously headlined a sell-out Eden Project gig in May 2010.
Chase & Status are currently working on their as-yet-untitled third studio album, which is due for release later this year.
Other acts confirmed for this year's Eden Sessions include Blink-182 (July 8), Plan B (July 6), The Vaccines and Noah and the Whale (both July 11).
