The singer will premiere her new single 'Call My Name' in the UK tomorrow (April 20) and will unveil the accompanying music video on May 2.
"Cheryl couldn't be happier with the album. She's so happy the wait is over," a source told Metro. "She's been waiting a long time to return to her first love."
The track was written and produced by Calvin Harris and the music video was shot in Los Angeles earlier this month.
"Cheryl got the final version of the 'Call My Name' video this week, which she is super excited about," the insider added.
Meanwhile, manager will.i.am is said to be confident that Cole's third album A Million Lights has enough good material to make her an international star.
"He has been the driving force behind the album and has helped her make an album that will put her on an international level," a source said.
Cole will release her new single 'Call My Name' in the UK on June 10 and A Million Lights will follow on June 18.
